Annual renewal fees vary depending on the e-commerce package you choose, which is determined by the services included in the package. Renewal fees are the same as package fees. Annual renewal prices are updated every year according to the inflation rate.

Your site is set up within 24 hours. In addition, the integration of your requested customizations, design work or accounting integration is completed within 3-14 days. After your site is set up, you can start using it immediately.

Payment options include credit card, bank transfer, and installments. Installment payments are subject to interest calculated based on the exchange rate, with a maximum repayment period of 12 months.

The DEMO version allows everyone to use all the features of their website for 14 days; after that, it will remain active for a year upon payment. A hosting/server + technical support fee is charged annually.

Our e-commerce packages are bundled programs, and hosting fees are waived for the first year. Subsequent years have a Package Renewal Fee, which varies depending on the package you choose. You will be notified via email or SMS three months in advance of each year to ensure your website remains active.

You can switch between e-commerce packages at any time; this is only possible as an upgrade. The price difference will be reflected in your bill.

For all modules not included in the package and requested later, there is an additional module page. Since this is a constantly updated software, modules are automatically added to the system and notifications are provided via the Admin panel. If custom modules are required, you can contact the FalconX Software Department to have them developed specifically for you.
